Yummy Energy Balls - Blog
These delicious energy balls are full of healthy fats and the chocolate chips provide great energy pre-workout or are great after a workout too. Best of all, they are really simple to make and require no baking!
Enjoy 1 or 2 balls as a snack in the afternoon to give you an energy boost, enjoy!
1 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup nuts/sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. honey
Wheat germ or coconut
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make into small round balls.
Roll in wheat germ.
Let set in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Yum!
